Delete account

This page explains how to delete a SLARP account and the data linked to it. It covers the SLARP apps for Android, iPhone and Windows, the website slarp.gg and the account area at play.slarp.gg. The data controller is ESIMPSON LLC (Sharjah Media City / Shams, UAE). You do not need to sign in to read this page.

1. How to delete your account

In the app

Open SLARP, go to «Настройки» (Settings) → «Удалить аккаунт» (Delete account) and confirm. For a shared key (Duo or Team) the app asks you to confirm in your account on the site or through support: that way nobody but the account owner can delete it from someone else’s phone.

In your account on the site

Sign in at play.slarp.gg the way you usually do (email or Telegram), open «Входы и безопасность» (Sign-ins & security) → «Удалить аккаунт» (Delete account) and confirm.

By email

Write to hello@esimpson.org with the subject “SLARP account deletion”. Write from the email address linked to the account and include your SLARP key or the account’s Telegram ID. We may ask you to confirm the request from the account itself if the email does not show that the account is yours.

Message support at @SlarpSup from the Telegram account linked to SLARP and include your SLARP key or Telegram ID.

2. What happens after the request

  • Deletion is scheduled for the 14th day after the request. Until then the account keeps working and the request can be cancelled: a request made in the app — in the app or in your account on the site; a request made on the site — on the site; any request — through support.
  • After that period we erase the data. Everything is erased no later than 30 days after the date of the request.
  • Erased data leaves our backups on its own no later than 14 days after deletion.
  • The account’s keys stop working and the apps on every device are signed out. Remaining access time is not restored after deletion.

3. What is deleted

  • Account data: email, Telegram ID and Telegram username, display name, sign-in links.
  • The account’s SLARP keys: revoked, and the Telegram ID linked to them is erased.
  • Devices: names, models, identifiers and sign-in tokens.
  • Website sessions, sign-in codes and sign-in requests from the apps.
  • Reports sent from the app and their files.
  • The profile on the forum forum.slarp.gg is deleted or anonymized together with the account.

Your choice of games and apps, settings and the key on your phone are stored in the app itself and are removed with it.

4. What is kept after deletion

  • Order and payment records — amount, date, product, status, the payment provider’s payment reference — are kept for as long as the law and mandatory accounting require. Email, recipient login and name in these records are erased or replaced.
  • A record of the deletion request itself: numbers and dates only, without personal data.
  • A mark that the free trial was already used may be kept without personal data, so the trial cannot be claimed again.
