Payment questions
When does access open?
When the payment is confirmed: a bank sometimes confirms a payment with a delay, especially with SBP, and a crypto or Stars payment counts once the provider or Telegram confirms it. The key and the term appear in your account, under “Key & connection”; the app picks the access up on its own.
How do I renew?
No auto-renewal: no money is taken on its own, and access does not renew itself. When the term is about to end, press “Renew” in SLARP or choose a plan here and pay: the new term is added to the current one.
How do I get a refund?
Message @SlarpSup with the order number and what happened, within 48 hours of payment. The money goes back the same way you paid; once a refund is made, access under that order ends. Details are in the refund policy (in Russian).
