This offer sets the terms for ordering access to the SLARP accelerator, top-ups, subscriptions, digital codes and other digital deliverables through slarp.gg. The parameters of a specific order shown before payment are part of the contract.
1. Seller
ESIMPSON LLC, a limited liability company registered in Sharjah Media City (Shams), United Arab Emirates; licence No. 2645101.01, Sharjah Media City (Shams) Free Zone Authority. Address: Shams Business Center, Sharjah Media City Free Zone, Al Messaned, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Email for legally significant notices: hello@esimpson.org (the “Seller”). SLARP is the trade name of the slarp.gg storefront; its operator and seller is ESIMPSON LLC.
Payment acceptance and the technical execution of individual operations may be carried out by engaged payment and technical partners. The party to the contract with the buyer, the recipient of payment and the addressee of lawful claims for all goods on the storefront is the Seller.
2. Subject of the offer
The Seller undertakes to provide the selected digital deliverable, and the buyer undertakes to check the parameters and pay for the order. Before payment, the page shows the name, the recipient, the region or platform, the variant or denomination, the price in rubles, the total due, the available fulfilment method and any material restrictions.
An account top-up, a subscription, a digital code, an in-game operation and access to the accelerator may be fulfilled in different ways. The description and status of a specific order take priority over the general description of its category.
Among Telegram products, the storefront offers a Telegram Premium subscription as a gift by username. Telegram Stars are not sold as a product (they are accepted as a payment method for accelerator access, see section 3); Stars orders placed earlier are fulfilled and refunded under the terms in force when they were placed.
Top-ups of the Neuro balance on ai.slarp.gg and the use of Neuro are governed by the Neuro Terms; in all other respects this offer applies to top-ups. A top-up is paid by the same methods as access to the SLARP accelerator (section 3). The unspent paid Neuro balance is refunded on request at any time, without fees and without a deadline; the gift balance and the spent part are not refunded (Neuro Terms, section 8).
3. Acceptance and payment
The buyer accepts the offer by making the payment after reviewing the order. Before the buyer proceeds to payment, the site creates the order and assigns it a number; an unpaid order on its own does not confirm receipt of money.
The available payment methods are shown at checkout and depend on the product and current availability. The final amount is confirmed by the server. Payment is accepted by the selected payment partner; slarp.gg does not receive or store full bank card details.
Once the payment is confirmed, the order receives the status “paid” and is passed on for fulfilment. The proof of purchase is an electronic receipt: it is sent to the confirmed email address and is available in the order in the SLARP account. The Seller is a foreign legal entity without a representative office in the Russian Federation and does not issue Russian fiscal documents.
Access to the SLARP accelerator is paid by SBP (Russia’s Faster Payments System) or bank card (payment accepted by Lava), by cryptocurrency through a third-party payment provider (the invoice is issued in rubles) or with Telegram Stars (the number of Stars is calculated by the server and shown before payment). Store products are paid by SBP or bank card through Lava. For an order paid with cryptocurrency or Telegram Stars, the Seller’s obligations arise from the moment the payment is confirmed by the provider or by Telegram.
A refund is made by the same method as the payment unless the parties agree otherwise: for a payment in Telegram Stars — in Stars through Telegram; for a payment in cryptocurrency — to the details agreed with support, in the ruble equivalent of the order amount.
4. Order fulfilment
An order is considered fulfilled after a confirmed credit, activation of a subscription, delivery of a valid digital code or another deliverable from the description. The status “paid” is not the same as the status “completed”.
The buyer checks the recipient details before payment. Fulfilment may depend on the rules and availability of the third-party platform, the region, the state of the account and the technical partner. If a partner declines the operation or a manual review is needed, SLARP shows the updated status and keeps the order number for your request.
Delivery is made in digital form. No public fulfilment deadlines are set; the actual status of the order is shown in the SLARP account. Sales are not restricted by the buyer’s region; individual products have their own regional or platform restrictions, which are shown on the product card before payment. The storefront interface and the documents are written in Russian.
5. Access to the SLARP accelerator
The SLARP accelerator is a program for Windows and the SLARP server network. An access order gives a key for the selected plan and term: the number of PCs and the term in days are shown before payment. Access is fulfilled when the key is issued or renewed and is shown in the SLARP account; the term counts from that moment, and on renewal it is added to the current term. The free trial is provided free of charge, once per account and for the period stated on the site.
The program itself chooses the route for the traffic of the selected games and programs — through the SLARP network or direct — based on connection quality measurements; you can remove a game from acceleration. SLARP optimizes ping and jitter but does not promise any specific ping, speed or packet loss value: they depend on your internet provider, the game server, the game’s rules and the state of networks that SLARP does not control.

6. Cancellation and refunds
The procedure for cancelling an order and refunding money is described in the Refund policy. The terms of a specific product and the mandatory provisions of the laws of the Russian Federation take priority over the general rules of this offer.
7. Claims and liability
For a quick check of an order, support on Telegram is available. Legally significant requests are accepted at hello@esimpson.org and at the Seller’s address given in section 1. The buyer states the order number, but its absence does not deprive them of their legal rights if the operation can be identified another way.
The Seller is responsible for the accuracy of its own descriptions and for proper fulfilment. Restrictions of a third-party platform do not release the Seller from the obligations that the law places on it towards the buyer.
8. Related documents
The Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy also apply to the relationship with the user. The offer does not limit the consumer rights provided by law.
9. Revision of the offer
The offer is in force from the date of publication. The revision and the parameters shown when the order was placed apply to that order. A new revision does not change an order that has already been paid, except where the law expressly provides otherwise.
