1. Wintun
File wintun.dll. Copyright © WireGuard LLC. Distributed as the official signed DLL from wintun.net under the prebuilt binaries licence (not the GPLv2 of the sources). The DLL may not be modified, notices may not be removed, and no endorsement by WireGuard may be implied.
2. WinDivert
Files WinDivert.dll, WinDivert64.sys and their copies in the zapret directory. Copyright © Basil / Reqrypt. Licence: LGPLv3 or GPLv2; SLARP chooses LGPLv3. Dynamic linking. Obligations: this notice, the LGPL text and a written offer of source code (section 7). Project: reqrypt.org/windivert.
3. sing-box
File sing-box.exe. Copyright © nekohasekai / SagerNet. Licence: GPL-3.0-or-later with a restriction on the use of the sing-box name. ESIMPSON LLC maintains a written offer of source code and claims no affiliation with the project. github.com/SagerNet/sing-box.
4. DPI helper (zapret / winws)
The components in core/zapret/ are based on the open-source zapret/winws project and its filter lists. GPL-family licence; the source code offer applies.
5. Cygwin runtime
File cygwin1.dll. Copyright © the Cygwin authors / Red Hat. GPLv3+ with a linking exception for applications; the DLL itself remains GPL. The source code offer applies. cygwin.com.
6. Microsoft WebView2
WebView2Loader.dll and the Evergreen Runtime. Copyright © Microsoft. Microsoft Software License Terms for WebView2. Not open source. WebView2 documentation.
7. Source code offer
For every build of SLARP Desktop that distributes GPL/LGPL components, ESIMPSON LLC offers to provide the corresponding source code of those components on request to hello@esimpson.org (subject: SLARP source offer — <version from Settings>). The offer is valid for at least three years after the last distribution of that build to you, or for as long as support is offered for the product — whichever is longer, as the GPL/LGPL require. SLARP application code that is not derived from the listed components remains the property of ESIMPSON LLC unless published separately.
8. Trademarks
Steam, Valve, Telegram and other marks belong to their owners. SLARP uses them only to identify supported games and services and is not their partner.
