These terms are the contract between ESIMPSON LLC and you about the Neuro service on ai.slarp.gg: how to use Neuro and how the Neuro balance, its top-ups, charges and refunds work. They supplement the Terms of Service, the public offer, the Privacy Policy and the refund policy. On matters of Neuro, these terms take priority over those documents. They do not limit the consumer rights provided by law.
1. Seller
ESIMPSON LLC, a limited liability company registered in Sharjah Media City (Shams), United Arab Emirates; licence No. 2645101.01, Sharjah Media City (Shams) Free Zone Authority. Address: Shams Business Center, Sharjah Media City Free Zone, Al Messaned, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Email for legally significant notices: hello@esimpson.org (the “Seller”). SLARP is the trade name of the slarp.gg storefront; its operator and seller is ESIMPSON LLC.
2. What Neuro is
Neuro is the Seller’s service on ai.slarp.gg. It is a chat in which you send messages to artificial intelligence models by third-party developers and receive their answers. The Seller provides the interface, stores the chat history, keeps the balance records and passes messages to the model providers and the technical intermediaries through which access to the models is provided.
The Seller does not develop the models: the answers are produced by the models. Model names are the product names of their developers. The list of available models, their capabilities and prices are shown in the Neuro interface. Ready-made agents are instructions for a model written by the Seller; they do not change the rules of these terms.
At present Neuro accepts text messages only. If file uploads, images or web search are added, these terms apply to them, including the check in section 10.
3. Who may use Neuro
- Neuro is only for users aged 18 or over. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
- You need a SLARP account and a regular sign-in to it on the website. A one-step sign-in made from the SLARP app does not give access to Neuro.
- The account is for personal use. You may not pass access to Neuro to other people, sell it or provide access to Neuro through your own service.
- You may not create additional accounts to get the starter gift again or to evade the limits.
- If there are grounds to believe that you are under 18, the Seller may suspend access to Neuro until this is clarified. The unspent paid balance is then refunded under section 8.
4. How the terms are accepted
You accept these terms when you send your first message in Neuro. Next to the input field it says that sending a message means accepting the Neuro Terms, with a link to this document. The server records the revision of the terms and the time of acceptance. The starter gift and balance top-ups are available after the terms are accepted.
If the account has not yet accepted the general SLARP documents — the Terms of Service, the public offer, the Privacy Policy and the refund policy — the interface shows a link to them as well, and the first message means accepting those documents too.
If you do not agree with the terms, you may not use Neuro.
5. Neuro balance and top-ups
Neuro is paid for from the Neuro balance — a prepaid balance of the SLARP account in rubles.
The balance is topped up by an order: you choose one of the suggested amounts or enter your own within the limits shown before payment. The order receives a number of the form S-…. The payment methods are shown in the top-up window; they are the same as for access to the SLARP accelerator (offer, section 3). The proof of purchase is an electronic receipt, as under the offer.
The amount is credited to the balance only after the payment is confirmed. A top-up is fulfilled when the amount is credited and shown in Neuro. Fraud-protection rules may hold the crediting for a review; the status of the top-up is shown in Neuro meanwhile.
Funds on the Neuro balance pay only for Neuro and only on the account to which they were credited. They cannot be:
- withdrawn as cash or to an account or card other than by a refund under section 8;
- transferred to another account;
- exchanged for storefront products or access to the SLARP accelerator.
No interest accrues on the balance. The paid balance has no expiry date and does not expire. Only the starter gift has an expiry (section 6).
6. Starter gift
When you first accept these terms, a gift balance of 50 ₽ is credited to the account, provided the account has a confirmed email address or a linked Telegram. The gift balance:
- is credited once per account;
- is valid for 30 days from crediting; after that, the unspent remainder expires;
- is spent before the paid balance;
- is not your money: it cannot be refunded, withdrawn or transferred to another account;
- does not pay for the models that the interface marks, before sending, as available only with a paid balance.
The gift is not credited if there are signs of repeat receipt: for example, the service tags of the email address, the IP address or the network match the tags of an account that has already received the gift (Privacy Policy, section 2.4).
The Seller may cancel an unspent gift in the event of abuse, for example creating accounts for the gift, automated use or attempts to evade the limits. The Seller may change or stop the gift for accounts that have not received it yet; a gift already credited stays valid until the end of its term unless it is cancelled for abuse.
7. Prices and charges
The price of using a model is set in rubles per 1 million tokens, separately for input and output tokens:
- input tokens — the message, the previous messages of the chat and the agent’s instructions that the model receives together with the message;
- output tokens — the model’s answer, including reasoning tokens if the model uses them. They are counted even when the reasoning text is not shown.
Some models may have their own price for a reused (cached) part of the chat. Model prices are shown on the Neuro prices page and when you choose a model — before you send a message; before sending, the interface also shows the estimated cost of the message. Prices may change, including with the ruble exchange rate and the model providers’ prices. A message is charged at the price in force at the moment it is sent.
A token is the unit in which a model counts text. The number of tokens is determined by the model; it depends on the language, the content and the length of the chat, because with every new message the model also receives the previous conversation of that chat. The estimated cost is an estimate, not the price of the message.
The cost of a message is charged to the balance by actual usage — the number of tokens according to the model providers and the technical intermediaries — at the prices in force when it was sent. The amount is rounded up to the kopeck. How it works:
- while the answer is being produced, the estimated cost is reserved on the balance. If the balance is not enough even for a short answer, the message is not sent; if it is enough only for part of one, the length of the answer is limited to the available balance;
- after the answer, the reserve is released and the actual cost is charged. If it turns out higher than the reserve, the difference is charged too, and the balance may go negative within small limits. A negative remainder is covered from the next top-up; the Seller makes no other claim for it;
- if you stop the answer or close the page, you pay for the request the model has read and for the part of the answer the model has already produced. If the answer is stopped before its first word, you pay only for the request that the model has already read and the provider has counted — no more than the reserve;
- if the model did not answer because of an error or refused to answer, only the usage actually counted by the provider is charged — usually zero;
- if the message is rejected by the check in section 10, or the answer is hidden by that check or could not be checked, nothing is charged. You do not pay for the check itself, for the automatic chat title or for other service operations;
- if a charge was caused by a failure on the service’s side, the amount is returned to the balance on request.
The charge for every message is shown in the balance history.
If the selected model is temporarily unavailable, the answer may be produced by a pre-assigned fallback model of the same or a lower price level. Such an answer is charged by actual usage at prices no higher than those of the selected model.
To protect against accidental spending and abuse, Neuro has limits: on how often messages can be sent and how many answers can run at once, on the length of a message and a chat, on spending per hour (you can change this limit in the settings within the range shown there) and, if you choose, on spending per month. When a limit is reached, the interface says so and nothing is charged.
8. Refund of the unspent balance
The Seller refunds the unspent paid balance at your request — at any time, without fees and without a deadline for the request, including if you simply changed your mind about using Neuro. The right to a refund remains after access to Neuro or to the account is restricted, suspended or blocked, and after the account is deleted.
- the refundable amount is the paid balance on the date the request is reviewed, but no more than the top-ups for which the refund is requested. If the remainder comes from several top-ups, the refund is made against them starting with the most recent;
- the gift balance and the spent part of the balance are not refunded: the spent part pays for a service already provided. The exception is charges caused by a failure on the service’s side (section 7);
- an amount reserved for an answer that is still being produced is taken into account after it ends. During the refund, the amount being refunded is frozen and cannot be spent;
- if you dispute a payment through your bank or a payment service, the amount of the disputed top-up is deducted from the balance.
Send the request to @SlarpSup from the account to which the top-up was credited and include the top-up order number of the form S-…; a legally significant claim goes to hello@esimpson.org. If the request does not come from the account, support will ask you to confirm that you own the account. After the account is deleted, the request can be made by the top-up order number.
The request is reviewed and the money is refunded within the periods of section 5 of the refund policy, by the same method as the payment. If the payment method does not allow refunding only part of the amount, the Seller agrees a lawful alternative method with you. After the refund, the balance is reduced by the refunded amount.
If access was suspended because of material sexually exploiting minors (section 10), the refund is made after the case is reviewed, unless the law prohibits it.
9. Acceptable use
You are responsible for the content of your messages. Personal data of other people may be included in a message only on a lawful basis. Do not send passwords, confirmation codes, bank card details or other secrets to Neuro: the content of messages is received by the model providers and the technical intermediaries (Privacy Policy, section 2.4).
Neuro may not be used to create, obtain or distribute:
- material sexually exploiting minors and any material sexualizing minors (section 10);
- information that helps create or use chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear weapons, explosives or other weapons capable of mass harm;
- malware, tools for unauthorized access to other people’s systems and data, phishing, attacks on infrastructure;
- material for fraud and deception, including impersonating another person or organization, forging documents, fake reviews and fake engagement;
- threats, harassment, incitement to violence, extremist and terrorist material;
- instructions for or encouragement of self-harm and suicide;
- material for the illegal trade in drugs, weapons and other prohibited items;
- material that infringes intellectual property rights or the honour, dignity and business reputation of other people;
- material for surveillance, collection and disclosure of other people’s personal data without a lawful basis;
- mass mailings and material for manipulating public opinion, including false information about elections;
- other material and actions prohibited by law.
It is also prohibited to:
- access Neuro automatically — with scripts, bots, unofficial clients or other than through the ai.slarp.gg interface;
- evade the limits on frequency and spending, including with several accounts;
- trick the automated check in section 10 or the models’ safety filters, or craft messages to obtain what this section or the model provider’s rules prohibit;
- disrupt the service, try to obtain other people’s data or access to other people’s chats;
- use answers to train models that compete with the provider’s model, if that provider’s rules prohibit it.
You follow the usage rules set by the model providers and the technical intermediaries through which access to the models is provided. Where such a rule is stricter than this section, it applies. A model provider or an intermediary may refuse to process a message it considers a violation of its rules; in that case the Seller may restrict the account’s access to that model.
10. Message check and child protection
Every message is checked automatically before it is passed to a model, together with several previous messages of the chat, and the model’s answer is checked once it has been produced. The check is done by dedicated classifier models through the same technical intermediaries. If the check is unavailable, the message is not sent, and an answer that could not be checked is hidden and not charged.
If the check finds material sexually exploiting minors in a message, or a request to create such material:
- the message is rejected, is not passed to a model and is not charged;
- the account’s access to Neuro is suspended;
- the message and the details of the check (account, time, result) are stored in encrypted form, separately from the chats, and are handed over to the competent authorities on a lawful request.
If such material appears in a model’s answer, the answer is hidden, is not saved in the chat and is not charged, and the details of the case are stored in the same way. The account’s access is not suspended in that case.
The stored material is opened only by an authorized staff member — on a lawful request or to review your own complaint about the suspension. If you believe a suspension is a mistake, write to @SlarpSup or to hello@esimpson.org.
Other results of the check do not restrict access by themselves. The models and their providers apply their own safety filters, and a model may refuse to answer; a refusal on its own is not a violation on your part.
11. Conversations, complaints and measures
The Seller’s staff do not read Neuro conversations. An authorized staff member sees the text of a conversation only in three cases:
- you complained about an answer and passed its text in your request yourself;
- you allowed a specific chat to be opened to handle your request;
- a lawful request binding on the Seller has been received.
Under every answer there is a “Report answer” button. A complaint passes only the reason, without the text of the chat. Besides complaints, the Seller reviews requests from third parties, binding lawful requests, reports of violations from model providers and technical intermediaries, and automated abuse signals, such as a sharp rise in message frequency or spending.
Measures for a violation are proportionate to it and may escalate:
- a warning;
- restriction of individual models or features;
- lower limits;
- suspension of access to Neuro;
- blocking of the account for a serious or repeated violation.
If a violation concerns weapons of mass destruction or material sexually exploiting minors, access is suspended at once. Support tells you about the measure and how to challenge it; you can appeal the decision to @SlarpSup or to hello@esimpson.org. The unspent paid balance is refunded under section 8 whatever the measure.
How conversations are stored, to whom and where messages are passed, and how to delete or download your chats is described in the Privacy Policy, section 2.4. In short: chats are stored encrypted on the SLARP server in Germany, and the Seller does not use them to train models and does not sell them.
12. Model answers and liability
Answers are produced automatically. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, may not match the request or may contain errors, including in facts, calculations, links and code. An answer is not professional advice — medical, legal, financial, tax, psychological or other — and does not express the Seller’s position. You assess an answer yourself and check it before using it; if health, money, rights or safety depend on an answer, it should be checked by a professional.
Neuro is not meant for emergencies. If there is a threat to life or health, contact your local emergency services (in Russia and the European Union — 112).
You are responsible for how you use and publish answers. You may not pass off generated text or images as the words or likeness of a real person and mislead others with them. The Seller claims no rights to your messages and the answers to them; their use is governed by the model provider’s rules and the law.
The Seller is responsible for the Neuro interface working, for correct balance and charge records and for refunds under section 8. The Seller is not liable for the content of answers, for decisions made on their basis or for the consequences of using answers, except where the law does not allow such a limitation of liability.
13. Availability, changes and closure
Neuro is provided as it is available at the moment of use. The Seller maintains the service but does not promise uninterrupted availability of the service or of any particular model:
- a model provider or a technical intermediary may change, restrict, replace or discontinue a model;
- the Seller may change the set of models and features;
- planned and emergency interruptions are possible.
The balance is kept in all these cases: it can be spent on other available models or refunded under section 8.
The Seller announces the closure of Neuro in Neuro and on the website, and by email if the email address is confirmed, at least 14 days before the closure, and refunds the unspent paid balance under section 8. If Neuro has to close earlier for reasons beyond the Seller’s control, the Seller announces it as early as possible, and the right to a refund remains.
14. Requests and new revisions
For a quick question, write to @SlarpSup. Legally significant requests are accepted at hello@esimpson.org and at the Seller’s address given in section 1. Contacting support is not a precondition for using the legal remedies available to you.
A new revision of these terms is published on this page with its date in the “Revision” line. Before your next message, Neuro may show the link to the terms again; sending a message after that means accepting the new revision. A new revision does not change the price of messages already sent, does not reduce the paid balance already credited and does not limit the right to its refund.
